At XOTIC PC, we strive to ensure total satisfaction with your high-performance hardware, offering a 30-day return window for most systems and components. All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization to ensure your request is processed accurately and efficiently.
Return Process
- 1.Request an RMA
Contact our technical support or customer service team to initiate your request and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and software discs to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for original condition, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
